One of the most beautiful beach in the world

Glass Beach, California, USA

Glass Beach is the well-known southern beach of MacKerricher State Park in Fort Bragg. Glass Beach gets its name from the smooth colorful glass pieces that you can find in the pebbly beach. The site was once a trash dump so broken bottles from garbage cans of local residents are now little treasures to be found and photographed (and left behind). It is illegal to remove any glass from Glass Beach. This is a great place to take kids who can explore around but watch them near the water which can be dangerous. There is a wide path to the beach from the parking area on Glass Beach Road a couple blocks west of Highway 1 down West Elm Street. There are more trails on the bluff to hike north up to pudding creek beach where a paved multi-use trail crosses over an old train trestle. Trails also go south from the Glass Beach entry path to other glassy beaches that are outside of the state park boundary.

Have you ever seen a black forest?

The black forest in Germany.

This forest gets its name from its dark, slightly sinister canopy of evergreens: this is where Hansel and Gretel encountered the wicked witch. The vast expanse of hills, valleys, rivers and forests stretch from the swish spa town of Baden-Baden to the Swiss border, and from the Rhine almost to Lake Constance.
It occupies an area of 2,320 square miles (6,009 square km) and extends toward the northeast for about 100 miles (160 km) from Säckingen on the Upper Rhine river.(at the Swiss border) to Durlach (east of  Karlsruhe). Its width varies from  10 to 25 miles. Structurally and topographically, itwhich lies west of the Rhine valley. The Black Forest drops abruptly to the Rhine plain but slopes more gently toward the Neckar and Nagold valleys to the east.  The region is famous for its cuckoo clocks, watchmaking, skiing and tourism. There is a large high-tech light engineering industry in the region stemming from the gold-mining and watchmaking days. Almost all tourists are from Germany or Switzerland; the region's tourist industry is therefore not well equipped to deal with guests who   don't speak German

Museum of Contemporary Art (Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

One of the most amazing building.

Built in 1996 the Niteroi, Museum of Contemporary Art in Brazil is anothe strange and beautiful building; the Musium in Niteroi was designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer with help from structural   engineer Bruno Contarini.
The Museum in Rio de Janeiro only allows for a about 60 people in the Hall of Expositions, its impressive structure is likened to a UFO as it has a disc shape set on the cliffside reminiscent of a Science Fiction UFO landing and opening up.

Niemeyer designed a radial structure sixteen feet high, with a deck of fifty meters in diameter and almost 2000 square meters which is based on a single central support cylinder 9 feet in diameter anchored in a giant shoe two meters . This complex structure that appears to float in the air was designed to withstand a weight equivalent to 400 kg / m² and winds up to 200 km / hour.
The large central hall with 462m2, completely free of columns and contoured at the top by a wide space for smaller samples, named as mezzanine, has promoted the implementation of large tables and radial girders under the roof of the Museum. These beams are supported by six pillars of 50 cm in diameter.

Pictures of beams and columns are thus a kind of table that is in turn supported on the structure of the first floor. The weight of the superstructure, transmitted by the columns of the above "table" on the first floor is supported by a set of radial beams prestressed concrete made also on the supporting pillar. These beams are projected on balance about 10 meters.

Some of you might be wondering how such a large garden could ever prosper in such an arid region. The secret behind it is the fact that a drip irrigation system is used and that no drop of water goes to waste as all of it is re-used. To keep the flowers safe, during the hottest days of summer the Miracle Garden will be closed. There are still some additions to be made to the beautiful garden, including restaurants, outlets and shops, but it is currently open and ready to receive visitors for an entrance fee of 20Dhs. Dubai Miracle Garden can be admired from 10AM to 10PM on weekdays and from 10AM to midnight during week-ends and public holidays. It will be temporarily closed at the end of May and opened again in October.

Dubai Miracle Garden is truly a place of wonder. It is situated in Dubailand on an area of 72,000 square feet and boasts an astonishing total number of flowers of more than 45 million. It flaunts topiary-style displays with blooms distributed in various shapes as well as traditional flowerbeds. You don’t have to worry about the garden ever getting dull, because the floral displays will be changed season after season.
